What Promo Codes Are
A promo code is a short text code (for example, VIVA50) that unlocks a specific offer in VivaJack. The offer is tied to the code: it can add a deposit bonus, free spins, or cashback. Each code comes with fixed conditions such as a minimum deposit, a time window, and an eligible game list.
VivaJack applies one promo code per transaction unless the terms for that code say otherwise. Codes are case-sensitive when the input field validates them, so copying and pasting reduces errors. Once a code expires, the cashier rejects it and no bonus is issued.
Where To Find Them
VivaJack posts promo codes in three places: the Promotions page inside your account, email campaigns sent to registered players, and SMS/push notifications if you’ve enabled them. Partner campaigns may also share codes, but they only work if they match your account’s region and currency.

How To Activate A Promo Code

VivaJack Wagering (Playthrough) Requirements
At VivaJack, a wagering requirement is the total amount you must stake on eligible games before you can withdraw bonus funds or any winnings tied to that bonus. The requirement is written as a multiplier (for example, 35x) and applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, depending on the promotion terms.
- Example 1 (Bonus-only, 35x): You claim a $100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. You must place $3,500 in eligible bets ($100 × 35) before the bonus-related balance becomes withdrawable.
- Example 2 (Deposit + bonus, 30x): You deposit $50 and receive a $50 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on deposit + bonus. The playthrough target is $3,000 (($50 + $50) × 30).
